First Nations offers the Fannie Mae HomePath program for use when purchasing Fannie Mae owned real estate. The program features low down payment and flexible mortgage terms. There is no mortgage insurance and it is available for primary residences and second homes.
First Nations Home Finance is a FHA/HUD Direct Endorsement Lender. We participate in all forward, first trust deed purchase money and refinance loans, including 203K and 203K(s) Rehabilitation loans. We also offer FHA HECM Reverse Mortgage loans for senior homeowners.
First Nations Home Finance is a VA lender with Automatic Approval Status to underwrite your credit package as well as LAPP Authority to underwrite your property for VA eligibility. Your VA loan can be funded with First Nations and does not need to go to anyone else for approval.
First Nations Home Finance is an approved Fannie Mae Seller. We offer myriad conventional loan products that are available to serve your financing needs. We fund owner occupied, second home, and investment loan financing. We have 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 year fully amortizing terms available.
USDA RURAL LOANS
First Nations Home Finance is a USDA approved lender. We offer the RHS loan program to rural areas with little to no down payment. This loan program is a fully amortizing 30 year term with at competitive market rates.

For loans exceeding FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA limits, please contact us for an evaluation and information. Market availability changes periodically. First Nations has high balance programs available through BofA, USBank, Wells Fargo, Chase, and others.
